STATESVILLE, N.C. (NOVEMBER 24, 2025) — Sigma Performance Services Racing (SPS Racing) today announced the acquisition of AM Racing, uniting two successful motorsports organizations under a single banner with the support of Ford Racing. (Team Press Release)

Sigma Performance Services Racing and AM Racing have announced that SPS Racing has acquired not only the team’s ARCA Menards Series team but also its O’Reilly Auto Parts Series team, and that it will extend its late model program as well. All of this comes forward to accelerate the team’s driver development program.
AM Racing has fielded cars in the former Xfinity Series for Brett Moffitt, Kole Raz, Hailie Deegan, and, most recently, a Playoff season for Harrison Burton. They also competed in the ARCA Menards Series with Kole Raz and Christian Rose this past season. AM Racing previously competed in the Craftsman Truck Series, but left in 2023 to focus on its Xfinity Program.
Sigma Performance Services made its ARCA debut in 2023 and has fielded cars for major names such as Greg Biffle and Katherine Legge. Others who have raced for SPS Racing are Spencer Gallagher, Tyler Reif, and even Sam Mayer. Mayer was responsible for the team’s maiden win in 2024 at Sonoma.
SPS Racing plans to make the transition from Chevrolet to Ford Racing across the series, leveraging support as the only team in the series to run the Mustang (as of now).
