Robinson Breaks Through for First Career Win at Chad Bush Clash

Joey Robinson took full advantage of the outside front row starting spot to lead every lap and capture his first career victory in the 3rd annual Chad Bush Clash on Sunday night at Mountain Creek Speedway. The event featured two days of racing across 18 different divisions.

Robinson started alongside Weston Doklan on the front row but powered ahead entering turn one to grab the race lead, which he would not relinquish. He held off challenges from Neal Allison and Braden Jones throughout the race to survive several cautions and pick up the win.

The Cadet division was split into two main events with Kylea Beattie wining the first race over Tatum Burnett and Calloway Harpe. In the second Cadet feature, Dale Earnhardt’s great grandson Brylon Earnhardt visited victory lane.

Other Sunday winners included Brexton Busch in Beginner Box Stock, Jackson Darnell in Champ Karts, Brody Snyder in Junior Wing, Karter Beattie in 125cc Intermediate, and Caden Kvapil in 500cc Open. Kvapil, the reigning CARS Tour Pro Late Model champ, scored a $500 prize in his return to outlaw kart racing.
