The third generation of racing royalty, Marco Andretti, has had a small history in NASCAR. Marco made his first NASCAR start in 2022 at the Charlotte Roval for Big Machine Racing in the Xfinity Series. He followed that up last season with 3 Craftsman Truck Series starts for Spire Motorsports in their No. 7 Chevrolet Silverado at Mid-Ohio, Homestead-Miami, and Phoenix. That was simply a dip of the toe, so to speak, but 2024 appears to be a major effort by Marco to a potential full-time effort.
Marco revealed Thursday morning that he would be running multiple races in the ARCA Menards Series, ARCA Menards Series West, and Craftsman Truck Series in 2024. Marco will make his ARCA starts in the No. 17 Chevrolet SS for Cook Racing Technologies, which has also partnered with Roper Racing in 2024 to field their No. 04 Silverado Truck Series entry.
