As we all know, the 2023 Chicago Street Course concerts ended up rained out. (I’ve never been that wet, not even swimming). The Chainsmokers, Black Crows, Charlie Crockett, and Miranda Lambert, we got nothing. That can’t happen 2 years in a row, can it?
