All cars will make the show, as 36 entered, compared to the 43 we had last weekend at Phoenix. They will have an hour-long practice session on Friday before the Xfinity drivers practice, and then they will see who will be on pole for the race in groups. The field will be set by how the cars finished last season.
PREDICTIONS-
Winner- Gus Dean
Dean will likely be starting in the top 10 after winning at Daytona in February, Will Dean repeat? BUT its Talladega, so anyone can win. Underdog- Andy Jankowiak
Jankowiak was running in the top 10 and top 5 all-race at Daytona, being known for his amazing words: “I’m just putting my foot to the floor and not lifting until I see God or the checkered flag.” Andy J will be a contender throughout Saturdays race, and that is why I have him as my underdog pick at Talladega.
Talladega is survive and advance. The big one will happen, We’ll see chaos in the field, and expect 2 or 3 wide at all times.
