Friday afternoon’s Reese’s 150 at Kansas Speedway will see a 28-car field attempt to tackle the last mile and a half of the 2024 season before heading to the half-mile oval in Toledo, Ohio for the season finally.

The race will be broadcast on FS1 this afternoon at 5:30p.m. ET, featuring racers such as Christopher Tate, Connor Zilisch, Corey Day, Toni Breidinger, Alex Clubb, and Tanner Gray. With only two races to go in the season, Andres Perez will come into Kansas with a 53-point lead over Lavar Scott.

One big story for the weekend will be Connor Zilisch, who will return to competition after his disastrous issues at Bristol last weekend, which cost him the ARCA East title. Another is United States Marine Corps Corporal Christopher Tate making his second career start as an Active Duty Marine. Tate finished P. 10 in his ARCA debut at Iowa earlier in the season for Fast Track Racing and is looking to back that up, this time, on a mile and a half.
