Cadillac Makes Their 2026 F1 Lineup Official

With all of the hype and buildup over the last many months, we have finally arrived at the official driver lineup for the American luxury and performance icon and the second American F1 team in Cadillac. For months, the social channels have been ringing with assumptions and speculations, but now we have the facts.

10-time Grand Prix winner Valtteri Bottas will make his F1 return for the first time since Abu Dhabi in 2024. Bottas has made 246 Grand Prix starts for Kick Sauber, Mercedes, Alfa, and Williams over his career. His first Grand Prix victory came in Russia in 2017 for AMG Mercedes, and his most recent in 2021 in Turkey, with all 10 coming with AMG.

The Mexican-born, 6-time Grand Prix-winning Sergio Perez will fill the second spot in the Cadillac lineup. Perex, who has made starts for teams such as McLaren, Force India, Sauber, and most recently Red Bull, made his last start in Abu Dhabi in 2024 as well. Perez won his first GP with Racing Point in Bahrain before moving over to Red Bull Racing Honda, where he would win again at Azerbaijan, and moving up to the big team with Oracle Red Bull. At Oracle, Perez would win four more times, with his last Grand Prix victory coming at the track that netted him the opportunity at RB, Azerbaijan.

Cadillac will boast drivers with 16 Grand Prix wins on the grid before even going lights out in the land down under in 2026. They also come to the game with prominent names and brands behind them, such as actor and action icon Keanu Reeves, working on their docuseries, and fashion icon Tommy Hilfiger as the first official partner for the luxury icon from America.
