Corey Heim’s 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season isn’t just a strong run; it is a historic campaign that has fundamentally redefined single-season excellence in the division. The 23-year-old pilot of the No. 11 TRICON Garage Toyota has established himself as the premier talent in the series, securing an unprecedented ten victories and planting himself firmly as the favorite heading into the Championship 4 finale.
The dominance began early and never wavered. Heim quickly set the tone for the season, clinching the Regular Season Championship with two races to spare—a testament to the unrelenting performance and consistency of the TRICON Garage program. His statistical summary for the year is staggering: through the opening rounds of the Playoffs, Heim has amassed ten wins, 19 stage victories, 16 top-fives, and over 1,442 laps led. Week after week, whether on an intermediate track like Texas, a short track like Richmond, or a road course like Lime Rock Park, the No. 11 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro has been the machine to beat.
The New Benchmark for Victory
The true highlight of this legendary season came at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Roval in October. With a brilliant drive that saw him overcome an early-race incident, Heim secured his 10th victory of the year, officially breaking the single-season wins record previously held by NASCAR legend Greg Biffle since 1999. The monumental achievement not only punched his ticket into the Championship 4 at Phoenix but also underscored the maturity and resilience of the young driver.
The performance at the Roval also served as a milestone for the organization, as Heim led his TRICON Garage teammates to the team’s first-ever 1-2-3 finish, showcasing the depth of talent within the Toyota developmental pipeline.
While the season is already a landmark success, the ultimate goal still lies ahead. Heim now heads to Phoenix Raceway for the winner-take-all Championship 4 race, seeking his first career Truck Series title to cap off this historic year. With an incredible level of consistency and momentum, the motorsports world is watching to see if Heim can turn his record-breaking campaign into a championship trophy.
