Following yesterday’s settlement between NASCAR and 23XI/Front Row Motorsports, we are starting to see some responses from the non-suing teams come public. Yesterday’s settlement brought “Evergreen” Charters to all teams; the teams are getting a seat at the table with decision-making in rules that would cost teams significant amounts of money, and getting a piece of the international broadcasting money for the first time.
