Following his indefinite suspension from NASCAR on March 17th for making homophobic remarks about an IndyCar driver, today, NASCAR has reinstated Dye. “Daniel is eligible to return to all NASCAR activity,” per the NASCAR penalty report. However, Dye will not be returning to Ram or Kaulig Racing.
On his social media accounts today, Daniel thanked Kaulig Racing and fans of the Craftsman Truck Series and proclaimed that he was stepping away from his role at Kaulig. (See full post below)

Kaulig Racing responded on their socials by stating that they have accepted Dye’s resignation and wish him great success.
Dye will be replaced full-time by Corey LaJoie in the No. 10 Ram 1500 starting at Rockingham. LaJoie was scheduled to drive the No. 25 truck, but will move to the No. 10. Ty Dillon will take over driving the No. 25 for the weekend.
