Businessman Darryl Cuttell took the reins of the International Hot Rod Association drag racing body in 2024. Since then, the organization has bled so much that it has to sell off several of the tracks it owns. From Iconic dragways to former NASCAR short tracks, Tranzon Auctions has placed each of these venues up on the auction block.
Bids are due November 17, 2026, by 5 PM Central Time. These venues include;
- Atlanta Dragway – Georgia
- Milan Dragway – Michigan
- Dragway 42 – Ohio
- Kil Kare Raceway – Ohio
- National Trail Raceway – Ohio
- Empire Dragway – New York
- Heartland Motorsports Park – Kansas
- Virginia Motorsports Park – Virginia
- Galot Motorsports Park – North Carolina
- Rockingham Speedway – North Carolina
- Piedmont Dragway -North Carolina
- Memphis Motorsports Park – Tennessee
