My journey from being born in the picturesque hills of West Virginia to settling in the heart of racing country in Mooresville, North Carolina, has been nothing short of exhilarating. Let me give you a sneak peek into my life outside of the racing world. When I’m not immersing myself in the adrenaline-pumping world of motorsports, you can find me wearing another hat: Commissioner of a fiercely competitive fantasy football league. Yes, I have a deep love for strategy, stats, and friendly competition, which naturally extends to my enthusiasm for motorsports. Whether it’s making strategic driver picks for a race or drafting the perfect fantasy football team, the thrill of the game is something I absolutely relish.
Speaking of racing, my love for it spans across various forms. From the thunderous roar of NASCAR engines to the precision of Formula 1, the dirt-track excitement of dirt racing to the nail-biting moments of intense competition, I am a motorsports enthusiast through and through. Whether it’s watching the cars zoom around the track or diving into the intricate world of racing analysis, I can’t get enough of it.
But perhaps the most significant part of my life is the time I spend with my wonderful kids. They are my biggest supporters and my greatest joy. Together, we explore the beauty of North Carolina, visit local racetracks, and even visit some of the race shops often just because they think they’ll see their favorite driver (Joey Logano, thanks to my Wife…) Their enthusiasm for motorsports is contagious, and it’s moments like these that remind me why I’m so passionate about sharing my love for racing with others.
