Most Popular Driver Fan Vote Top-5s Unveiled

NASCAR.com unveiled each of the 3 National Series Top 5 most popular drivers for the National Motorsport Press Association 2023 Fan Vote presented by Hooters.

Fans have had the opportunity to vote for their favorite since 1983, with the first driver to take the title “Most Popular Driver” being Bill Elliott, who reigned from 1984-1988, then again from 1991-2000, and one last time in 2002. Bill was followed up by a 15-year reign of Dale Earnhardt Jr from 2003-2017, with Chase Elliott reigning since 2018.

NASCAR.com posted the Top 5 of each series in alphabetical order.
