NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team Tricon Garage announced this morning that William Sawalich will be driving in their #1 Toyota TRD Pro for 9 races during the 2024 season.
The 17-year-old from Minnesota made 5 NCTS starts this year for the team and scored 3 Top 10’s finishes at IRP (6th), Martinsville (9th), and Richmond (10th).
Sawalich will be running at both Bristol races, as well as both Martinsville races, IRP, Richmond, Milwaukee, Homestead, and the season finale at Phoenix.
Sawalich will be running a part-time schedule in the ARCA Menards Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2024, running all he can do to his age in the AMS while Tanner Gray will be driving all the races William isn’t allowed to run just yet, and will also be running 3 NASCAR Xfinity Series events at Homestead-Miami, Martinsville, and Phoenix.
