Rette Jones Racing announced Tuesday afternoon that it would make the jump from the Arca Menards Series to the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Stewart-Haas Racing Cup Series driver Noah Gragson.
The team will have an alliance with Stewart-Haas Racing and will make its first start at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Other confirmed tracks are Nashville Superspeedway, Michigan, and Darlington.
Gragson, a 13-time winner in the series, has had success with the team in select late model starts at the grassroots level.
“I’m excited to partner with Rette Jones Racing as we take on the next challenge in the Xfinity Series,” Gragson said.
In a press release, Rette Jones Racing confirmed that Gragson would make two starts in the Arca Menards Series at Sonoma and Watkins Glen in addition to his previously stated Xfinity starts.
No sponsors have been announced at the time.
