With the last seven years of the National Motorsports Press Association’s Most Popular Driver Award going to Hendrick Motorsports’ Chase Elliott, the time has come to vote again. A full field of over 36 drivers has now been voted to a top 5 of the most popular drivers in the sport. I’m not going to lie, one of them took me by surprise.
