Current NASCAR Xfinity Series driver Anthony Alfredo and NASCAR Cup Series team Beard Motorsports have made an announcement with “Fast Pasta” driving their #62 Chevrolet in the 2024 Daytona 500 as well as spring Talladega, via their X accounts.
Beard Oil will be the primary sponsor, and the team will have ECR Engines for both events.
The Ridgefield, CT native ran 1 full-time Cup Series season back in 2021 with Front Row Motorsports and finished the year with 1 Top 10 and a 30th-point finish.
As for Beard, they attempted 6 races in 2023 with Austin Hill behind the wheel and made 5/6 of those races while missing last year’s Daytona 500. The team scored a best finish of 14th at the summer Daytona race.
It is to be announced if they do any other events for the 2024 season at this time.
