Winning – The Winningest Active Drivers in NASCAR

We all know the incredible 200 number for the King, Richard Petty. Everyone does. But did you know that number has since been passed? Winning is huge in motorsports, and since 2014 with the introduction of the Playoff format has never been more important.

Today we are going to look at not just Cup Series wins, but combined wins from all three of NASCAR’s major touring series. Yes yes, we know “those wins don’t count.” Well, NASCAR counts them, therefor, so do we.

With the Convertible Series operating from 1956-1959 due to the popularity of convertibles in the United States at the time, Richard Petty has a single win in that Series. That mean technically Petty has a NASCAR win total of 201.

Anyways, lets focus on the modern day, today. As of writing this on Saturday 6/23/24 at 11am, Christopher Bell is the most recent winner in NASCAR after he won his 18th career Xfinity Series race for Joe Gibbs Racing at New Hampshire. This gives him a win total of 33 in NASCAR (See below for full details). So lets dive into the 10 winningest active drivers in NASCAR today.
