When the green flag dropped, Sam Corry led the field at the 2026 General Tire 150 at Sonoma until the checkered flag fell 47 laps later. Nitro Motorsports teammate Mia Lovell was the only driver who could even make an attempt to pass when she made a run just a little too hot into the horseshoe, only to be overtaken by Corry again, she did not officially lead a lap.
Corry would take off on each restart with no equal, leading every lap of the race before winning his first ever ARCA Menards Series West race.
